Warranty Visit Vehicle Rental Assistance

Daily Allowance For Up To Five Days

If your covered vehicle requires a warranty repair and is inoperable, rental car assistance is available through your dealer. What’s more, rental assistance is available for up to five days per occurrence and even same‑day warranty repairs are eligible for assistance. There is no maximum number of occurrences.⁎

Daily Allowance For Expenses

In the event that your covered Jeep® experiences a mechanical breakdown more than 200 km from home, you may be eligible for assistance up to $100 per day. Covered reimbursements include expenses for hotel, meals and return transportation for up to 3 days – for a maximum reimbursement of $300.⁎

  • Who is eligible for Jeep Wave®?
    Purchasers and lessees of any eligible new Jeep® vehicle are automatically enrolled in the Jeep Wave® Program.
  • What new vehicles are eligible for Jeep Wave®?
    All 2023 and 2024 new and unused Jeep® Grand Cherokee, Wrangler, and Gladiator models are eligible for Jeep Wave® program benefits and are automatically enrolled upon purchase or lease.
  • How much does membership in the Jeep Wave® program cost?
    There is no cost for memberships automatically enrolled with the purchase or lease of a new eligible vehicle.
  • When does membership in the Jeep Wave® program begin?
    Membership begins on the vehicle’s in-service date.
  • Can members have more than one Jeep Wave® membership?
    Yes. Members can have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles for each. Membership is linked to a specific Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
  • What happens to the Jeep Wave® membership if the vehicle is sold?
    The Jeep Wave® membership may be transferred to all subsequent owners at no charge. Transfers of plan coverage must be handled by an authorized FCA Canada Inc. retailer and must be applied for within 30 days of the sale of the vehicle to the subsequent owner.
  • How do the maintenance services work?
    Jeep Wave® members can go to any authorized FCA Canada Inc. dealer to redeem their oil change and tire rotation services.
  • What does trip interruption protection cover?
    If your vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown within the membership term limits while at least 200 kilometres from home, up to $100 per day of hotel, meals or return transportation expenses (not including car rentals) can be claimed for reimbursement, to a maximum of $300. Call Assistance Services Group toll‑free at 1‑800‑363‑4869 for claim instructions.
